I have a far more holistic attitude to fitness because it can't be confined to the gym. Fitness encompasses many aspects of your life such as eating well, sleep, stress management as well as the usual attributes such as cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance and flexibility.
Quick fixes, fitness fads and disheartening diets aren't going to create long-term results. With daily reports of new 'superfoods' and endless social media posts revealing the 'secret to getting ripped' it can get a bit overwhelming. Confused much? Knowledge is power and I believe in educating clients to give them the confidence and control to make better choices which will help them to live a healthier and happier life.

I have been working in the fitness industry in Coventry and Leicestershire since 2010 and have a passion to understand you and motivate you to help you achieve your goals. During this time I have worked with people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. So, whether you are just starting out or a seasoned athlete, I have something to offer you.
Upon the discovery of health issues in 2007, made worse by my weight, I started my own fitness journey and have learned many lessons about health and fitness; no pills, shakes, supplements or fast fixes are going to make you happy or healthy long-term.
Having lost over three stone, I understand both the physical and mental battles you go through to achieve your goals. I believe nothing is impossible when you set your mind to it.

You can download generic workouts and meal plans off the internet, follow online videos, sure, but nothing can replace the guidance of an experienced trainer working with you to help you get the most out of your time, training and life.
My personal training services don't just focus on your time in the gym, we will look your eating, lifestyle, work-life, home-life, sleep and stress levels as they will all affect the results you get. They all have a massive impact on your health and wellbeing.
No goal is too big. The only thing limit is the one you set yourself.
